Hello. Hoping I am at the right place.

I have this issue: https://github.com/Supervisor/supervisor/issues/121
(last comments between me(ET-CS) and mcdonc).
after upgrading to 3.1.1 using easy_install on CentOS 6.5.

$ supervisorctl reload
error: <class 'socket.error'>, [Errno 2] No such file or directory:
file: <string> line: 1
$ supervisorctl restart foo
unix:///var/tmp/supervisor.sock no such file

I've posted more information on the GitHub issue.
What can I do please to analyze the problem?
